What happens if the AI says something wrong to a patient?
It is configured for bounded intake, approved services, hours, insurance notes, booking rules, and escalation. It does not diagnose, quote treatment, or improvise. When the question falls outside the rules, it takes a message or routes according to your protocol.

What happens to my ad account when we part ways?
